Poem: Blanket of Water (Johnny Hellion)

Blanket of Water

The moon hides
The stars scatter
I stand tired awaiting a gentle push
Emotions in the wind
Gazing out into eternal black
Massive roars silencing my thoughts
A Sheet of cold wraps me
I step closer toward the clouds
Foamy waves
Pillows floating
I fall sleepy under a blanket of water
