I am the night
I am the darkness
I am the storm.
I fear no man, but the fear in me is my own
Born out of my own darkness
that lives in my gut and eats me whole
Swallows my heart
Feeds my soul
A no man’s land where no man will roam
A soft place to fall
Now not lonely alone.
