Deep Programming
that mesmerizing tv reminds me again
of all those important shows, I’m missing
boy, I’m so very far behind, on my deep programming, shouldn’t I be changing
everyone else is all steeped right in,
meanwhile, I’m green with envy, oh
well, will I ever catch up, catch up,
or be forever off their wavelength
