Poem: 'Down In Her Salty Womb' by Eric Forsberg

Down In Her Salty Womb

My love is for a goddess
so dark she is,
as dark the farthest sea
Where the old ships of Lords now dead
rotting and lazy and oh so empty

For you make all men slaves
lost and beaten spirits
with you as their master
yet I must be strong and hard and brave

so cold and invisible and deep are you
I hear from behind the waves, you calling to me
Nevertheless, I am coming to you
my strength, will be pushed in you, like a spear.

And if I die within you Goddess
I'll will finally call you wife
so please Goddess, my wife, please, please enroll me
