What a way to end the week! Not only an exciting fusion but a track to dance to! Win-Win!
Hororhaus ‘Ghost Host’
So today I’ll be introducing you to a new single one the likes I can guarantee you haven’t heard before!
Within this almost 5 minute track you have the unusual yet highly appreciated combination of Horror+Electronic/Dance! So close to Halloween what a spooky treat to behold!
What’s clear about this track is how well this band uses the elements of Classic horror sounds and samples to create the uniquely chilling atmosphere that is the bases for the track.
You have those haunting synth keys, those tension build up loops you normally hear in old school B side Horror films used to indicate the monster or villain is coming! That’s the base of the song but as I said above they surprise with this burst of dance and electronic influences!
The way I’d describe the sound is if the band ‘Prodigy’ went Goth this would be the end product! It’s a fun dance track with a strong Horror vibe which I think is something I’ve personally never heard before so it should be alot of fun for all those who listen!
After hearing this I’ll definitely be on the look out for their future! With this one single alone they’ve already stood out amongst all the rest so I’m sure with the future project they will further distinguish themselves as the ‘Goth Prodigy’ of the new era! –Corban Skipwith
