Wow, who knew Houston was cranking out such skull melting metal! As a Texan I can appreciate that. Their newest offering The Nether shows us without a shadow of a doubt that Spectral Manifest are in top form. Hell it feels like a shotgun blast to the face, at point blank range. Indeed they know what it takes to make our guts knot up. Such great musicianship. Although I must say the lyrics are somewhat hard to understand at times. Yet still worth the price of admission. I have to wonder just what a live show might be like, but I imagine the pit would be filled with bloodthirsty vampires looking to get their next fix. There you have it the good, the bad and the ugly. -James K. Blaylock
