Poem: 'Deja Vu vs Fait Accompli' by James Kenneth Blaylock

Deja Vu vs Fait Accompli
James Kenneth Blaylock, 12-7-17

I have to gleek instead of weeping,
appearing weak, by your standards,

because no one noticeably sees, too,
the deja vu feelings vs fait accompli...

as these (we)satisfaction slaves keep
each other company, witnesses bleak

yet, even the atlas tells us, we're wandering
headlessly, heartlessly, hereditary, heretics...

erratically praying, to whomever, but knowing
the blatant lies can't be hermetically satisfying

trying at stupefying fate, whilst hate engages
everybody to turn on the mood altering drugs
